Every moment the evil one can steal from God is a momentary victory. When you are rude to someone, you are being rude to God. When you steal from someone, you are stealing from God. When you gossip about someone, you are gossiping about God.

The evil one and all his demonic spirits have one plan at the beginning of every day you live. They want to rob God of any amount of pleasure. So they tempt you, fill your mind with evil desires and perverted conclusions. And they have perfected distraction so that a loved one, will divert your attention when you try to pray.

Pray in spurts, in seconds. Every moment you can, thank God in a whisper for the little things of life, and the big things. Bless the Lord. Nobody else can do it for you, and any attempt to please your Father, will never go unnoticed and always be rewarded.
